RADIO CITY VLC presents you on the afternoon of April 6 a double concert in the afternoon by two composers and artists full of talent and personality.

Marie Bernete (Genk, 2001) is a young Hispanic-Belgian singer-songwriter. Her carefree tone and empowered image give meaning to the special sensitivity of her lyrics, reflecting both the singer’s approach to the world and the compelling need to savor and enjoy every second of life. Simultaneously, she is a restless artist aware that she has something to say. Since 2022, she has embarked on a band project with her musicians Lidmo, Rut, and Llopis; handling electric guitar, bass, and drums respectively. Her sound has evolved towards a less innocent direction, incorporating many elements of hard rock and soft pop. They have had the opportunity to perform alongside artists such as Anabel Lee, Izaro, Vanesa Martín, and many more artists In March 2024, she releases her first EP, showcasing the evolution of the singer-songwriter alongside her band. The initial concerts in 2024 are dedicated to gradually sharing the flavor that will define her EP.

Mardom (Nacho García) is an Asturian artist based in Madrid who mixes soul and funk, with lyrics that explore the world of indie and Spanish singer-songwriter. With one foot in Asturias and the other in Madrid, Mardom has managed to captivate audiences with his carefully crafted live show, having sold out venues such as Café la Palma and the Acapulco venue in Gijón. In addition, the project has a short fiction film, “Asíncronos”, which complements their music in national and international film festivals, with its soundtrack being nominated for best soundtrack at the AMAS awards. All this is just a preview of what Mardom has in store for the future, as it is expected that in 2024 he will release his first album and tour several cities in Spain.
