Popsical Records is a sub label under Disrupción Records, Berklee’s student run label. Co-founded by Jack Humphrey and Paul Booker, Popsical is a combination of the words “pop” and “classical”, as the label works to empower artists with a classical vocal background who have transitioned to the Pop-Soul genre.

Popsical Records presents two of their artists: Kaya Nicole y Avery Raquel.

Kaya is a Jazz vocalist and composer from New York City . She is known for her robust mezzo range and rhythmic style.

Avery Raquel is a Canadian singer influenced by artists such as Carole King, Amy Winehouse, and so many others, Avery’s created, on this new collection of personal, yet relatable songs, a soulful fun mix of RnB/Soul and Pop, with a flavor of her Jazz, and Blues experiences.
